Annual Meeting 2009 Program Committee - identifies an annual meeting theme in consultation with the president; works with the executive office to issue a call for proposals and arrange the sessions, speakers, and other events for the annual meeting; coordinate logistics and special events with the Local Arrangements Committee; and helps to promote the conference. At any given time there may be two program committees in existence: one for the upcoming annual meeting and one for the year after.
